Where it goes wrong in practice
A bridal shoot costs €2,000+
Per collection — and that's before you've paid for a makeup artist, a second location, or video. For a small bridal shop, that's an investment that only lasts one season.
You wait weeks for the images
From shoot date to edited images easily takes a month. Too long for a collection that needs to go live now, or for that one dress that just came in.
Atmosphere sells, but atmosphere is expensive
You can't sell a wedding dress on a bare photo alone — the customer wants to picture the day. But renting a garden, manor house, or church for a single shoot is out of reach for most shops.
How bridal photography works with FashionPix
You upload one photo of your dress, on a hanger or a mannequin. We automatically recognize the type and length, and place the dress on the model you chose once. Then, with one click, you can add a lifestyle photo in a setting that suits bridal fashion.
- Length and shape stay true to the original — the recognition detects whether it's a short dress, midi, or ball gown
- Lace, beading, straps, and closures are transferred, not reimagined
- Snap a quick photo of the back too: with bridal wear, that's often where the selling detail is
- Lifestyle photos in four fitting settings — garden, manor house, church, or studio — or your own background
- A 5- or 10-second video for your socials: 1 or 2 credits
- Size info with every image ("Model is 5'10" and wears size 38") — this removes doubt and cuts down on returns
The savings
For a collection of 10 dresses, a classic shoot easily costs thousands of euros and takes weeks. Here, a complete product listing — four images plus all copy — costs 4 credits, about €1.30. Ten dresses come to 40 credits, and adding a new dress to the collection means a new upload, not a new shoot.
In three steps
- Upload or scan the dress. One photo on a hanger or mannequin. We automatically recognize the type and length — from A-line to ball gown.
- We build the set. Model shots front and back, a pack shot, and detail photo, on the model you chose once. Same face for every dress.
- Add atmosphere if you like. One click for a lifestyle photo in a garden, manor house, or church — or on your own background. Perfect for your homepage and social; the product page stays neutral.

Frequently asked questions
Does FashionPix work for ball gowns and tulle?
Yes. The recognition detects the type and length itself, and those stay true to the original: a ball gown stays a ball gown and a midi doesn't suddenly become a maxi. In our final test, a patterned dress came through correctly right down to the crossed straps on the back — even though the source photo only showed the front.
Do I need to photograph the back separately?
It's not required — the back is inferred from the front, and that works surprisingly well. But for a distinctive back detail or closure, one extra photo of the back is better: then it's not an inference, it's a direct transfer.
Can you also do bridesmaids and accessories?
Yes: bridesmaid dresses, mother-of-the-bride outfits, and accessories like veils and jewelry. Accessories automatically get a detail crop, so they stand out clearly in the image.
How accurate does my dress stay in the image?
The actual garment is transferred, not redrawn. Color, lace, beading, bodice shape, and length stay exactly as in your photo — and if an image still fails, you don't pay for it.
Do I also get a video?
Yes, with one click straight from your shoot: 5 seconds for 1 credit, 10 seconds for 2. Ready for Instagram, your product page, and your ads.
Can I use the images anywhere?
Yes, the photos are yours to use anywhere: product page, Google Shopping, ads, social media, and print — at no extra cost.
How much does a bridal dress shoot cost?
Each image costs 1 credit, and copy in four languages is included. A complete product listing — four images plus all copy — costs 4 credits, about €1.30. With the subscription (€29/month, 90 credits), that's about 25 items a month. Prefer standalone credits? The Package gives you 200 credits for €64.
